I like that team. Although I'd obviously prefer to be full strength. A fit Manu would change things up.
You can have a back on the bench when you have a utility on the pitch. If Connor has to move to cover an injury 1-7 then Griffin goes to centre. And as we've seen in the past, Griffin off the bench can change the momentum of a game.
Maybe he wouldn't be there with a fully fit squad but I like Abdull on the bench too. Bit of a luxury but if the game is tight with defences on top he could offer something new in the middle. Could he also spell Hadley at hooker for ten minutes?

| Mini and Manu back in the 19 man squad for Saturday?? Somebody dropped an administrative clanger on the Squad Announcement? Or is it all a smokescreen?

| Most odd - the write up of the squad announcement has changed quite a bit.

| Hard to predict this one. We could still be fooked from travel, but then Cas have had a poor start.
Hope Mini and Manu are actually playing.

| Great cause, but why name him in the squad, unless they think he can get back and be fit (Not getting into the jet lag debate) in time for tomorrow?
I fully expect Manu and Mini not to play and the 17 left in the squad will be what we go with

| the only thing i would add to the jet lag debate is that FC have enough overseas players who undertake the journey quite regularly (kelly, manu, mini etc) that you think they would tap heavily into their experiences to minimise the effects of jet lag in terms of rest diet routine etc.

Radford said in his press conference that Mini is definitely fit and could have played last week, at a push. He said it will be a late call on Manu

| Good form from the club to let manu go and do something for the relief effort. Far more important than any game of rugby

| I was gonna go today but it's freezing and I have a feeling we'll still be in holiday mode and get humped. Hope I'm wrong but can see a big defeat

| Ensure that you give yourselves plenty of time to get to Cas today junction 32 is laughable every Saturday. Have a good trip over and good luck for today
As for troubles at Cas, you will obviously know about Hardaker. If you check out the Casforum you will get a general flavour of what's going on. Mainly the CEO "retiring" technical term for relieved of his duties

lose : well..what do you expect with all those injuries and the jet lag factor
whoever we support, we're sports fans and fans of any team in your position would be the same
