HDM reporting that Thompson has missed out even though he's in season best form. His biggest issue is his consistency. If he could improve that, he could be a heck of a player.

How long do we'd wait, people said the same about Tomny Lee, great in his first season, pretty average for the rest of the time with the odd great game, problem is I can't remember his last great game.
I quite like him and he tries hard, but we have moved on from when he first signed and he hasn't improved enough to justify a squad place, get better value out of players like Fash and Masi.
On another note I quite like the sound of Griffin on the wing. |

Personally I'd release him at the end of the year. Use his money along with a few others that will get released, and use it on another prop. |

Hadley pass in wakey 2nd. Lovely. Can't recall a time of thommo doing that. Hadley much more consistent and loads less errors. Next yr with no hesitation I'd have Hadley back and thommo out and concentrate monies on an impact forward
Thommo too utterly dire in between 1 or 2 exciting breaks, or a decent game followed by 1 average 2 poor before another good game. Too hard plan around him he's so erratic. Not to mention he's the worst in terms of the errors or pens he concedes in terms of the times in games he does.

Poor decision to not have Litten on the bench even with Houghton back in contention as he would struggle to put 80mins in after being out for so long.
Wash room as effective as he is when he comes on can not do 80 mins.
