I think if Michaels was staying it would have been sorted out by now. I can't imagine a 1 year contract extension would need to much negotiating. I like Michaels and he is popular with the fans and players but if we have enough cap space we should be aiming higher. Sio would have been a brilliant signing but if Justin Carney is available he would be as well. However as he was supposed to be signing last year but the players effectively vetoed it I can't see what's changed. According to a Rovers fan Carney was going to sign for them if they'd stayed up but she has a 100% record of getting rumours wrong. |

How much of a reduced salary do you think Kelly will be on. He was apparently on big money with us so a much reduced salary could still (and probably is) around £100k. Can't imagine he'll sign for peanuts (maybe if donuts are offered he might be tempted tho  ) |
