So i'm struggling to see how Millery has more talent than Naughton in relation to what our squad needs.

I'll leave this here, problem with people like you is they drag you to their level, and then beat you with experience.

Do you mean someone here posted they think this might work, yet Radders and nobody connected with the club has stated this.

I don't really understand why you'd choose to leave this debate. Is it because you've realised that no matter how many times you try to move the goalposts regarding your opinion, it still doesnt really make any sense at all.
For what it's worth, I know absolutely nothing about Naughton ( thats why he doesnt get a y at the end of his name, those bad boys have to be earnt! )
However, i am fairly confident he will be on less (possibly alot less) than Miller, and is also adept in a position we are lacking in for competition for places.

Yawn.....Miller had enough chances under Radford last season to stake a claim to be starting 7 next season,Gentle couldn't get the best out of him either and he brought him here,so Radford can't develope players.....what about Westerman,he has been outstanding under Radford as he moved him back to a natural 13....not the battering ram 13 the Aussies are obsessed with.

Could have sworn Pearson mentioned it with regards the two refs/quicker rucks.

Bob McCarthey is set to (along with Cherry Evans) succeed Thurston & Cronk. - Think its called forward planning! (Something alien to the Gb coach)
Regarding Millers perceived defensive frailties - anyone ever seen Sneyd complete a tackle.
Miller unfortunately is a victim of Radfords `grunt & bash style' & inability to improve young players, all of whom have gone backwards since
he took over. - Green? , Bowden?,Crooks?,Lineham?,& whilst Shaul hasn't regressed he's hardly improved.

Lineham has been injured or recovering from injury for practically the entire season. Crooks looked to be having serious second-season syndrome plus the well-discussed issues with his defence/physique. Green was hardly a superstar in the making under Gentle and I don't see that he's gone backwards particularly. Likewise Bowden.

Sometimes young players just don't improve. It's not always a failure of coaching.

On the flip side, Westerman and Rankin are both better this season.

Miller has had chances to prove himself. He's failed to take them. It's a shame, because I really like his attitude to the game and he does show flashes of talent. Maybe if he'd come into a side with an established, experienced half back partner things might have gone differently.

He tries hard but bless him that's all he's got. Not Radfords fault at all. Forget defense, he can't pass!

I can just see some on here saying the minute Sneyd fails (which I think is 50/50) we should have kept hold of Miller.
We made a mistake, we've paid for it, we're getting shut, we move on and hope that sneyd and Pryce works.

Standee turning thread into Radford out shocker and he is all to blame, the kid whilst trying hard just wasn't good enough.

with miller, I really wanted it to work out for him at FC. I remember we played cas away on tv end of last season and he showed signs there, which made me think 'this kid has something here'. had signs of being like a burrows, which would've been great.

but for one reason or another, he hasn't worked out here. but these things happen.

not a radders fan by no stretch, but he gave miller his chance, didn't do much wrong, but didn't do much right either.

Have you seen Bowden this year.....behind Westerman,our most improved forward.As for Lineham and Green..both suffered long injuries and was looking good in the last stages of the stages.Crooks..who knows what happend there
