| Quote: UllFC "Completely agree.
and i'll also add the final 3 mins as a great example of 'dumb' rugby. We had just scored a try that meant if we kicked the conversion we'd have been in with a chance of snatching a draw. We took what seemed like an age to get a kicking tee on and take the conversion wasting valuable time (the conversion in the end was a very good effort though)
we then got a scrum in Warringtons half, but instead of doing something inventive, like say getting the ball kick out the scrum and kicking for the corner, kicking up a high bomb and chasing...we decided to do the usual slow one man run to the line which of course did nothing.
these minor things we get wrong every week can be the difference between getting points or not.'"
Yeah that last "play" was disgraceful really. Really dumb

| With Salford and Wakefield getting unexpected wins this weekend 12th spot isn't out of question! especially with all but 3 of our final games coming against the top 8.

| Quote: Ian P "The RFL is going backwards with promotion and relegation, some clubs will become yo yo teams other will bankrupt themselves chasing a dream that will turn into a nightmare. We have all the promotion helps the game, for the majority of the games history we have not had and the AUSSIES NEVER HAVE. I feel we will have to move to a more concentrated area for teams , very few teams make or even break even that is clearly madness. If that mean amalgamations then so be it because we can no longer support the teams we have, doing nothing will soon not be an option. The game is dying form the grass roots up, we are losing teams at every level in every area the team is played Hull is no exception. Radical has to be the way forward as RU is about to hack us to bits they see our weakness and are exploiting it in our own back yard.
The sky money will be used up supporting failing clubs and failing systems of operation that are no longer fit for purpose, the disciplinary system is clearly failing with inconsistency become very apparent. The referees are under pressure as they always have been, the present mob are without doubt the least experienced and fail to use there assistants at every opportunity. Last night I saw two glaring examples of bad reffing because if he did not see it he had no right to ref an u15 game. I am not blaming that for the loss I am blaming that for the fact that so many are no chuffed off with the games poor standards they are no longer following it. The attendances are not as good as they once where and are on a 1980s downturn because the product is getting poorer week on week.
Where did I blame the RFL or anyone other then FC for the poor performances ?
I thought Wire where poor last night and made FC look half decent, which they are not my problem with last night was the official(s) conspired to ruin a sporting event by design or by incompetence and its happening too many times for me now.'"
Great post Ian. No problem with amalgamation if needs must, it seems a decent solution for many clubs tho' can you seriosly foresee the average RL fan with his or her principles & pride ever allowing this to become reality ? It was bad enough when many Hull FC fans were seriously miffed about a simple name-change for example ! Finance or lack of it is the cornerstone of modern professional sport but maybe many of us the fans believe money really does grow on trees ?

Tuson has made twelve tackles busts this season, by the way.'"
Well if you are so sure tell us all what matches apart from Widnes did Tuson make a break

A pleasure.
Bradford home (5), Widnes home (1), Huddersfield home (1), Wakefield home (2), London away (1), Widnes away (2).

You can admit that you were hopelessly wrong now.

| For those who don't like to see criticism of the club then I suggest you look at the League table, and it looks like we will be overtaken by both Wakefield and Salford as both clubs have hit a bit of form.
If that's good enough for you its certainly not for me.
Any other coach with Hulls results would have been sacked by now but Pearson has supported Radford and now backed himself into a corner.

But Tuson has broken more than one tackle, though?

If you read my post I said breaks. The only clean break I have seen from Tuson was at Widnes but thanks for the link as that shows clean breaks 2 so I missed 1.
Big difference between a break what I am talking about and Tackle bust which is what you are talking about.
He is still pants in my opinion.Remember the only other club wanting to sign him was Wakefield.

Clean breaks rather than tackle busts?
Tuson has made two, but only eight Hull players have made more than five and of course Tuson has missed 40% of the season.
Oh by the way you are wrong again. Wakefield were not the only other club to want him. Wigan offered him a two year deal.
