too many individual plays!

houghton-tried too hard and made silly errors
tickle-same play everytime, so predictable and easy to read!
whiting-played behind a well beaten pack and had no chance, hence poor kicking game!
horne-even at fullback he tried to create gaps, had a couple of decent runs but no back up

watching the game we were well and truely beaten and apart from crooks' try kr got the bounce of the ball on the day, look at the collision with eden and hodgson, 9 times out of 10 that would have spilled forward and resulted in a try for the other team!

I'm not having that, he just kicked badly, end of story. A few times he had enough time and space, looked up field, and still rammed the ball down a Rovers throat. He had a day with the boot to rival Horne at his worst.

Horne has never been that bad.

That's how I saw it, and he (Whiting) was in my top 2, which tells you how bad it was! Can't see anything other than a Wakey win, and I was going to go, but after Friday, and tbh money's tight, I just cant justify wasting money turning up, when the team don't give a to$$ (baring a couple of players) they look as though they can't be ar$ed, and if that's the impression I'm getting then I wont waste money following them away, and if I didn't have my pass I probably would pick and choose my matches!

at the end of the day we had the experience out there to take the game soon as burns went off and we were only 8 points behind we needed someone to step up and be that leader but they did not have a brain between them. whiting was gash and had his worse game for us that i have seen him play!! Horne did his job that he got asked to do but i blame gentle his choice not to play Horne at 7 crucified any attacking threat we had and basically gave us no chance of winning that game whiting or Jason Crookes at full back we would have stood a much better chance!!!

I think i'm gonna go.

me too i cant keep away although i wanna rip my eyes out every time i watch them its in my blood black and white till i die and i am determined to see a few more trophies before i die as well lol

We're going. It's almost a relief to be going as underdogs! It's good that all the pre and early season hype is put to bed. We were never a top 4 side by miles and need to fight for the 8 like any number of other average sides.

I'm going. Need to get tickets from shop today though. Anyone know if its open today?

Quite like going to Wakey, although better when the sun is shining, two seasons ago queued for a bottle of water for about 30 minutes it was that hot. Can't make the Catalans game, so it might be the best chance I have to have a good moan. Hope I'm wrong!
