I spoke to Danny in the clubshop on thursday afternoon and he told me he would be ready in 3 weeks and really looking forward to getting back playing again,so unless he had the setback on friday or saturday i think what you heard is way off the mark.

Reading Twitter updates, sounds like Shaul had a very good game. Don't know much about him other than his name cropping up a fair bit as having a lot of potential. Anyone got a summary of him as a player?

Or play to the strengths of each player. Azza is sharper and more accurate n gets the forwards on the front foot better-what you need early in a game.
Danny isn't poor by any means in that department but is a better runner n plays with great energy and enthusiasm. Which to me is slightly wasted running into early fresh brick wall defence. I'd rather see ogre n him coming on together 20 or so minutes in and if winning turning the screw if losing get some fresh impetus.
Also I'd expect Leeds to do the same with burrow so I'd like to see Danny on the bench to fight fire with fire!

Ex Skirlaugh Bulls lad. Really came on in the 20's last year, him and Wrigglesworth (who's gone back to union which is a shame) were the stand outs. Don't think they knew what to do with him at first, but once Briscoe & Lynne struggled at FB he was given a chance and has taken it. Great broken field runner, very quick and has good hands.

For me, it comes down to one very simple fact: We don't look as good a side when Danny Houghton isn't in it. Therefore he starts, and plays as many minutes as possible until fatigue affects his performance too much.
