| Considering 100% of people on here are not involved in negotiations then everyone is really guessing as to what has gone on.
IMO it sounds like sour grapes that Wakey wanted to retain him but he has choose us. I reckon we will see a lot more of this as other teams younger players opt to join us. However I am not 100% convinced that Pearson does things by the book either.

It is "Fifita" not "Fafita"
If you don't know the difference between "there", "their" and "they're" I might get annoyed.

| I think the anti tampering rule is a bit redundant due to the fact that clubs are allowed to speak to players agents and visa versa at any time. So they may aswell talk to the player directly if thats allowed

Why don't they belong in the league?

I was gonna take the Mick and say in AP you trust too, but that's probably starting to wear thin.

When the latest set of licences were announcing, the majority of people on RLFans were of the opinion that the only reason Wakefield retained theirs was because Crusaders removed their application.
I presume that this is what he was referring to.

| Overall, I'm unsure about the Johnson signing. I can't really see what he will bring that wouldn't be achieved by Bowden or Green (who has looked good in his recent games), although he will bring some depth to the squad.
His signing means that we have a generally young set of props complimented by experienced players in Lynch (32) and O'Meley (31). We have Watts (22), Green (22), Bowden (20) and now Johnson (24).
I imagine that we'll see Lynch, O'Meley, and Watts all in the 17, with Green, Bowden and Johnson battling it out for the last place. That'll be good as it means that we'll get the best out of them as they all know that if they don't perform then there's someone else ready to take their place.

I'm not sure about Johnson either. If we went for Amor and he turned us down is Johnson second choice? Surely we wouldn't have signed them both.

Quote: "It is thought the highly-rated Kopczak is on the wanted list of several clubs, with Wigan and Huddersfield understood to be among the front-runners.
Bradford's acting chief executive Gary Tasker believes Kopczak has been approached by rival Super League clubs, contrary to a gentleman's agreement not to do so, and says the matter has been put into the hands of the club's solicitor.
'I'm bitterly disappointed that the player has taken advice which has resulted in him leaving the group at this late stage of the season,' Tasker told the Bradford Telegraph & Argus.
'The major disappointment in this episode is that a young player on a good contract doesn't normally terminate it unless he is being offered better terms elsewhere.
'At a meeting of Super League clubs several weeks ago, the clubs agreed unanimously that they would not approach Bradford's contracted players.
