a mates Dad knows Lee Radford quite well and tried tapping him up for some information and he said pretty much the same, Radford said that only Pearson,Gentle & mcrae knew the names in the frame and were keeping them very close to their chests. I like this rumour but would have thought that the club would announce it straight away if true, why hold it back? AP has made it clear we want him, London lawyers etc...... unless the contract (subject to visa) and pre-deadline (subject to visa) registration with the RFL needs ratifiying for him to play against Widnes

While I'm sure we would all prefer Chase to be the ideal role model, if he signs, then as with all players he starts with a clean slate.

He's represented England so I would be more than happy to see him in B&W, I'm sure any contract will contain the relevant clauses regarding on field / off field discipline
