They should be punished.
Quote: wildycat "you keep banging on about Cockayne, who started the abuse first Hull fans,'"
It depends where you class as the "start". The abuse didn't start yesterday.
Quote: wildycat "they even had no respect for the match Ref, the abuse was appauling, '"
Most of it was just banter. But Ganson was never going to get much respect from the Hull fans after his appalling performance at the last game he reffed us.
Quote: wildycat "and Ben as every right to celebrate at the end of every match we win,'"
If he does it in a respectful way, yes. This is not what he was doing.
Quote: wildycat " infact he does and good on him and if we win are next game we will most likely do the same.. '"
He celebrates in front of the away fans like he's won a cup final after every win? I don't think so.
Quote: wildycat "there is many rugby league players that have done things wrong, are you going to abuse them...??'"
Ben Cockayne is not the only one and will not be the last one to get verbals from the crowd for doing something wrong. See Gareth Hock, Ryan Bailey, Chev Walker, Leon Pryce and Stuart Reardon.
However, his is the most disgusting I've witnessed, and it's not an isolated incident. Have you seen the video?
Quote: wildycat "Just move on and support your team, your paying to watch a game not get involved in other people personal lives, and this for all clubs get rid of the idiots we don't need them, before they get your club a fine...'"
I do support my club, and in all honesty the Cockayne celebrating issue doesn't bother me personally. It's the reaction he was wanting and was always going to get from the idiots in the crowd that bothers me.
The difference between me and you is I'm not condoning what certain Hull fans did, but you're condoning what Cockayne did. They're both wrong. Both showed no respect and that goes against the Respect Policy.
