| I don't see a problem tbh, it's a still a long journey either way. If I was planning to go to the game this would not change my mind. Not made my mind up yet.

We still aint a £20 a game team nevermind £25!
So what does that mean with the cost of living in the south east being so much more than here?
Are you saying £22 for the game there is good value?

No, I'm saying "before you go moaning about what any other ground charges us, think about what we charge visiting supporters"

Southend's like Saltend with lights.
If I was you, I'd go a bit further. Drive past Gillingham and go to Whitstable, far more civilised

| Southend is okay in small doses, yes whistable is more civilised but full of the blue rinse brigade and there's feck all there to do on a night.
Stay in Leigh on Sea and mosy on into Sarfend at night.. Have some local mussels they are excellent

| Think Gillingham will be just a day trip for me but as long as the game stays on a sunday and not moved to a friday it will be no big deal to me, while i have to agree with some posters that it will be probably better attended had it been a north of London venue i still think Hull will take around the 1000 mark, how well the game is promoted around the Gillingham area to attract people is another question??, this is what expansion is all about isn't it?. On a personal point of view i usually enjoy going to grounds i haven't visited before so with saints and salford new grounds to visit and man citys place and now gillingham i'm looking forward to putting a few more on the list.
