I think you'll find there are different ways and means of working people out of certain positions.

That how it reads to me. The sub-editor at the Mail got a bit excited with the headline. Nowhere in the actual quote does it say that "[iAgar[/i is our key man".

As for the next coach, I'm another who had originally hoped for Noble but I'm now thinking we should be looking down under for fresh ideas and Daniel Anderson is available.

Instead of the grapevine officially advertise the job both here and down under and see who applies,
everyone can throw names around but doing it this way would see who actually wants it.

That's what I'd read, something to do with his kids and schooling. Maybe money could talk though.
