Its not a question of pointing fingers, whoever's decision it was, it was a bad call in a meaningless match and it could cost us dear.
It is worrying that its not the first time either.
Given Danny's recent past injury problems perhaps a more cautious approach would have been in order.

few on here are blaming the coaching staff and physios', which in my eyes is finger pointing, cruel as it may sound, would nicklas have been our answer to our problems at 6 and 7? i doubt it, nicklas will come back stronger next season, the club have said they will make sure he gets the best treatment

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

How much physio can he do?
The company maybe offering the opportunity to complete his apprenticeship.

I had my ACL done not too long ago and i had 2 rehab sessions a week for 6 months, and was told that pro sports players are on a far more intense physio programme, regards going back on i did mine playing rugby and felt it pop so knew i had done something pretty bad! within half an hour my knee was doubled in size, the kid probably knew what he'd done but was telling himself it wasn't serious as he'll of wanted to impress! but from a physio point of view in a meaningless freindly it's shocking that he was allowed to go back on regardless of what he said himself!

Need look no further than Rich Whiting as a role model in how to deal with these setbacks, at least.

35457_1309776065.png HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_35457.png |

| Come on here from time to time and didnt read the thread just assuming you were looking at him to play a big part of your season. Having read tonights mail I rolled my eyes. I dont have any time for FC but baby jesus someone at the club must walk under ladders or step on black cats! Yet again a talented youngster out for the season and I reckon would have been busy playing quite a few games.
Hope he recovers quickly.

| ive been at the kc tonight for a doo and had the pleasure of having nicklas on the same table, realy feel for the guy he is totally gutted as he said what a great pre season hes had and how hard he has trained,he realy thought this was his year to break into the team, hoping to have his op this week if the swelling goes down then the hard work of getting into rehab,he did say if all goes well he could be back for the back end of the season.
good luck with the op.

It appears we have form in that sort of behaviour too. Remember Horney's neck injury?

I wouldn't want to see him back, by that point in the season either we'll have signed someone, someone will have "stepped up to the mark" or the season will be gone, in any of those circumstances the risk isn't worth it, the lad has a good ten years in him if he starts the 2012 season.
