"hard man" C Ll NT was hiding on the wing as usual when a bit of biff gets going wonder if cockend would have started that if radford had been in calders position, think that answer would be no because he would have been beaten to death, although radders gets a lot of flack he could easily drop all of the rovers team and just about anyone else playing superleague, someone who id rather be with me in a fight than against me, the guy is a serious hardcase and had an excellent game on thurs.

What I was talking about has got nothing to do with Clint, anyway even yourself has to admit that Calderwood is a fanny and crapped himself when Cockayne went for him. I may have seen wrong but the way I saw it was that Cockayne was held back and ready to stop before Tickle came in and caused things to boil over once more.

You are correct, you did see wrong as you put it. However, I have edited your post so that it reflects a true picture of events. icon_cool.gif

Quote: raynor the crab "I think you'll find it was the other way round and Watts was beating the hell out of Moa! It was completely unnecassary for Cockayne to start throwing punches although a small part of me felt Calderwood deserved it because he is a coward. At this point it was merely handbags but what I felt caused it to get more severe was when another coward Danny Tickle threw some hard punches at Cockayne while he was being held back and unable to defend himself. I feel Cockayne and Tickle should get a ban although Lauki shouldn't because although he lifted Briscoe beyond the horizontal position he knew it was wrong and put him down gently.'"

It was Netherton runnng in that caused things to escalate.

As for Cockhead taking a few while unable to defend himself......Karma is a bitch eh?

Calderwood had probably seen the video on the HDM site of Cockayne committing a serious assault on someone who was already prone on the floor, and didn't want to be in the same position. icon_wink.gif

You did see it wrong. Liam Watts steaming in and shoving Calderwood caused the major boil over.

Also, I find it strange that you use the word coward towards any RL player whilst plying his trade. Thats the last thing they are. But I guess you wouldn't be prepared to tell them that to their faces now would you icon_wink.gif

Although Tickle did Cockayne about a second later, from the other players reactions you could tell that it was netherton on Calderwood that had brought a lot of them into it.

No I think I was right and after the Cockayne/Calderwood exchange it was Tickle that then threw the next punches at Cockayne when he clearly only had an axe to grind with Calderwood, not that it bothered Charlie as he'd have taken on the whole team given the chance. Oh and Janitor bloke I would definitely call balsawood a coward to his face. Regarding whether I could call any of your players a coward to his face, I bet none of you would dare repeat the insults aimed at Clint or Charlie to their faces either.

If I was laid on the floor unable to defend myself then I definately wouldn't be saying anything to "charlie". Doubt it would make any difference though.
