saints fan if you went to the game you would of seen plenty of illegal tackles from saints aswell its one of them things did anyone else see meli strike out on numerous ocassions and get away with it that is alot worse then the so called illegal run by o meley. and what a poor following aswell by the way

If it's illegal then the RFL will call it so. Whatever. But for me, it's the fact that it's on Roby which gets me. He's Mr Clean and also a very good player who commands a lot of respect league-wide. He's also a really nice bloke. So that's what has pi$$ed me off about this. If O'Meley charged illegally then I hope he swings, metaphorically speaking. If he didn't then so be it, it was an unfortunate accident.

Since you didn't see it go on the famous video site and search O Meley v Gibbs. Check out the footage around 30 seconds in. Very similar and totally legal. The only player leading with a forearm tonight was Fozzard - time after time.

What a signing. Im almost embarrassed to say I was dubious of his intentions of coming here after a major injury.

He is the polar opposite of an ageing Aussie coming for a payday. 100% commitment everytime from him.

That's what I thought. I couldn't see the incident clearly from the south stand but I assumed that it was a legal contact, as the I'm sure the St's players wouldn't have acted the way they did if it had been illegal. It's the type of incident that usually starts a mass brawl.

To me it looked exactly like the one in Oz where the defenders head simply made contact with O'Meley's rock solid pec/shoulder.

It wasn't illegal - right in front of me. Roby came flying in and met Ogre's shoulder the rest was history.

What was Graham goin on about then? I had a crappy view of the incident (what i saw appeared legal i might add and Roby was second best) but could see him gobbing off at Fitz and Omeley.

Graham gobs off too much. Good player but mouthy.
