The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Lol, has been very up and down so far this season, bit like the majority of the players, no consistency what so ever.

Briscoe was/is was one of the most committed players in SL, bravery personified – that’s what I miss. Tansey has the ability to offer Hull far more from full back then Briscoe ever did, but the confidence has been completely knocked out of him.
It usually starts with a simple high kick, nothing special but enough to have our back three looking nervous for the rest of the game. Is there a team any poorer then Hull at defending kicks (especially bombs)? At one stage Whiting was isolated on his wing, defending a kick against 6 Wakey players, how does that happen?

Briscoe's his try scoring record at your club was pretty good, wasn't it?

Yes when he played in a good attacking side.
Briscoe is a great support player.

| So he was top notch in defence, brave, very good under a high ball, good positioning, 'great support' and scored loads of try's for you.
And some still want a 'pivot full back' lol

We need a pivotal full back to play a prop at 13 which is Agars choice. (and was Sharps choice etc)
Sadly Briscoe doesnt fit that mould.
We'd be even worse than we are now with Briscoe in our side rather than Tansey.

Very weak kick returns and hardly made a break, decent solid fullback but not league of Prescott and Gay.

| Prescott was a quality player and I couldn't believe it when he was offered as part of the deal which saw Hunte sign for you guys.
As for Richard Gay, only really watched him in the derby games of the 90's, with my memory being so bad it would be unfair to comment, just dont remember him standing out that much really.

Richard gay was excellent, apart from the Brian Smith era played mainly in a poor Hull team, all round better than Prescott IMO.
Would be England FB now, at the time he had Davis and Radlinski in his way to play for GB.

Too right! Richard Gay was a great fullback for us. Great all round game. For me, not quite the same class as Prescott, but I'd dearly love either now. Post glory days we've had Gay, Fitz, Holmes, Prescott and Barnett who was all better than anything we've had since!
