Good luck chev, but I think injuries like that are ominous. Really do hope the lad recovers. Quite why sky had to keep showing it though is beyond me, it was the same with matt crowther. 12 replays that day (yes I did count them). We can all see his legs broken, I dont need to see it break in 3 different angles. Next they'll be supplying us with 3d specs, for the full experience.

With so many "holier-than-thou's" out there I can't believe that this a RUGBY forum.
I'd like to bet that these same individuals that thought my remark was in [i"bad taste"[/i are the same ones in the stands at both teams grounds singing "AND SHOOT THE ROVERS/F.C SCUM"
Strange how thousands of supporters wanting to murder each other is acceptable, but lightening the situation of chev walkers accident is Oh so frowned upon by such high moraled individuals.
It was humour that helped get this country through world wars,

people on here would hang him! Humour helps to get through adverse times!
what i said was not in bad taste it was meant to lighten the situation. He wasnt in a car crash fighting for life,Thank god. It was an accident nothing more.
when I had an injury my friends an colleagues took the p*zz it helped it lifts the mood of the situation.I laughed and winced but on the whole IT HELPS.
again I wish nothing but the best for Chev and his family,chin up. |
