Well, he's a squad player that can cover 7, 9, 11,12,13. If I had to pick between Houghton and Lee at hooker, I'd go with Houghton, but Houghton is an out and out 9 so offers less versatility. I'm assuming we're thinking that Tansey, Turner and Whiting are enough utility players to have in the squad.

People can talk about skill sets, versatility etc. but the bottom line is he has pretty much no football brain whatsover. In the positions he plays any half decent player needs one and he will never have it.

I remember when he first came into the team and most of us were hoping what a great player he'd be that Johnny Whiteley was telling people he wouldn't make it. The reason - no football brain.

For some of us it takes a bit longer to realize what Johnny picked up very quickly!

will they be bothered? no, cos most have been fixed up with other club's anyway. They were told to look for other club's week's ago,and that's why nobody cared about winnig a game.I carn't wait to see all are new crock and old age pensioner's play,we had to release a lot of player's to pay their wage's and their hospital fee's.So that's what it boil's down to really,so next season small squad going nowhere again with injurie's.
