I do expect to see a few faces missing from the team photo next year though and one or two that have been part of the furniture for sometime , and one or two i dare not even mention for fear of ridicule if the squad make up next year is based upon current playing form..'"
Not entirely convinced of that, personally. Either way, the problem is at least asmuch how they focus the effort they put in (ie tactics), and that is where Agar comes in. We have not been trying the right things enough or changing what isn't working.

Does go overboard a fair bit as well though, and seems to always pick out the negative side of things first, regardless of whether or not the positives outweigh them. Also one of the very few who will admit when he's wrong and apologise if necessary.'"
Thank you for that , I will bear that in mind , thanks, difficult to join a forum where so many people obviously know each
other so well and comment but i am sure those that are not red bull driven will see I am black and white to the core and want it all to be success after success as well as they do , just seems far too much negativity sometimes...
BUT it is painful to watch at times I agree

Lets face it and be honest
as I see it.
King, Thacks, Motu, Tickle, thorman, Radford, etc should all know in their hearts that the game is up for them... 1000s each week cannot be wrong huh?? and my point is that Agar sees this as well
Even Horne has become the most predictable player in SL this season all of which should be moved on if form at present is to be the deciding factor however , many of those above would I am sure be better players behind a more balanced team.
But find it hard to see where those forwards above will fit into the squad next year

I totally agree with you , and its painful for me to watch it also....
BUT I am sure that Agar & sharp know it also
and regardles of what mistakes are made they are far more knowledgable that you and I put together and at the very end of the day we are not party to the conversations they have together about next years rosta but knowing sharp as a player and a person I can say that I am 1000% convinced that things will be much different next year with their team!!

Sign of the times unfortunately. The disappointment/frustration of getting so close to the top band of teams 2/3 years ago and then throwing away the opportunity is what fuels a lot of it IMO.

I honestly don't think Agar is better than you and I put together, that is the problem, I have no faith in him at all. And as a player, Sharp was average.

Sorry, but this is the same old garbage people have been trotting out for weeks now, if there's "more going on than meets the eye" then it's only going on because Agar is too damn weak to sort it out.
You started with some credability, it's waining.

Tickle I still have time for from a playing perspective, but if the rumours are true I wouldn't argue against his departure. R Horne has earnt time to put things right with what he's given to the club in the past. He's not as creative as he might be for a stand off, but as you say if he had more around him (particularly in the way of runners and support play) it could be a hugely different story. I do think we need a minimum of half a dozen players out of the door, though.

| Quote: JIGGLY MIDDLE FINGER "First post on here so please forgive me if I butt in but I have been reading the comments towards Agar & Sharp for some time now and have to say there is in my opinion ( thats what this forum is for) a certain ammount of mass hysteria going on over the two fellas in charge..
So lets for a moment look at facts not our own personal feelings or result just facts of what we have at present...
1, A Coach who knows the players inside out and is highly respected by all in the game and regarded as one of the UKs brightest young coaches.
2, A No2 to the head coach who is without doubt Hull FC right through his body and untill taking the role at the club was highly revered by all concerned and fans alike!!
3, We have a situation where our two coaches are trying to make the best of an ailing and somewhat ageing team that they did not altogether muster.
4, An injury crisis worse than any we have had before lets face it which means he cannot drop players willy nilly as he has no one to replace them with.
With next years exemplary recruitment by Agar and Kath I believe we may well just be one of the team to beat but for now we have to bite the bullet and trust what the guys are doing, and lets face it he is only human, he makes mistakes which coach does not?? he has miss used players, bench time etc etc but there will be reasons for this action that quite frankly we shall never know and should not know as we are fans and not club administrators.
Given recent events with Coaches I believe that Kath & Co should be applauded for their stance & Satnd behind the club coaching staff and I am pleased we are not once again going down the double barrelled route all over again and they have decided to give the lads their heads with the player recruitment etc etc... which to be fair has to be the envy of most fans elsewhere is SL!!
Between them all they have ammassed a somewhat unbelievable "Panzer" Pack for next year oozing with youth and experience at the highest level and they should be applauded not simply lauded for their efforts as I am sure next year will show.
and as for those who continue to knock the likes of PK, DT etc remember that Knocker, Sterling, Ohara, Kemble etc etc were regularly seen being carried into cabs off their faces down Hessle road in the 80s and did that make them bad players?? just a thought
anyway sorry to have interupted the agar fest but felt someone had to place facts in the system not fantasy most of which was coming from so called fans in this thread that regularly argue the point with any other view but theirs anyway!!
If I am allowed I may post again
Cmon Hullar thats what we should be shouting and less of this negative crap'"
