Think we are one of the best in S/L for doing that...Burnett has burst through this season and Hodgson is looking good.....our back line could be all British next season

They're last year's accounts. I don't reckon we'd have been too far off then. This year it's pretty much common knowledge we have a fair chunk spare because of Crocker. Should post another profit next year then as well. |

All this talk of recession, power rises and the all round doom and gloom you wouldn't think so would you?
But next years financial figures will include record pass numbers, over 10,000 shirt sales, not full cap spend, a cheaper coach and no fine for thackray .... anything is possible |

Aggregate attendance is likely to fall, although not by as much as might be imagined. Last year's total was 174,614 and so far this season we've had 121,349 with Celtic, Huddersfield, Harlequins and Bradford to come.
The early cup exit will cost us, of course.

I really enjoyed reading through this thread. Lots of interesting facts, debate and fair mindedness - a bit of slating but not every post.
I agree with the overall sentiment throughout that 1. the club are doing something right off the field and seem to be improving and 2. the playing and coaching staff need to emulate that performance on the field.
