I applauded the players at the end because they played better than they have done recently. Their heads didn't go down straight away, Thorman improved his performance considerably and against a different team we would have gone in front and on to win - Accentuate the positive (as they say).

Going to the KC is doing things with your family! 
Your dad, uncle, cousin, cousin in law and the big fella (as good as family) all go to the KC with you.
Chin up Wakey and Salford up next a couple of wins and a bit of confidence is needed from these games. |

Even that was p**s poor..Thought the announcer...Rosie whats her name didn't help. We couldn't hear hardly a word she said and consequently the atmos' fell flat right from the word go. |

Mate of mine gave up his Hull City pass the year they went up so he couldnt get one for last season in the premiership. Sods law exactly that thats what would happen to FC if i didnt renew my pass. I will renew, i always do, i just dont feel like it when the club appears to have total disregard and disrespect for the money we have invested in them by buying a pass. I feel taken for granted a little bit!

Most of those players dont have the ability to play at anywhere near the standard Saints can so for those players yes effort is enough. How many people trot out the usual "I dont mind losing if the effort was there" only to then complain when we get beat by a better team despite the players putting the effort in. |

I dont think the gulf in class is there that lots of people have said about. I also think that a good team can beat a team full of class individuals. Effort may have been there but sadly an idea of how to play good rugby wasnt. Im not blaming the players for that. |
