On the Sneyd situation I’d rather we looked for a running half as good as Sneyd was for us and has been for Salford I just wouldn’t see him & Sezer working.

Think Cust & Sezer will be a good combination but the question is can they stay on the field enough. Hopefully both will have a long injury free run but this is Hull FC.

[iMy[/i point was that he signed for Hull on loan until the end of the season but (in the words of Dan Tomlinson) walked out on the club. Grix said he found out ten minutes before the Mail did.

Not that it matters as he won't be on our radar anyway.

Reynolds left us in the lurch last year. Had he stayed we'd have won a few more games imo. He won't be coming back

Keeping the salary cap space for a mid season signing is another option, there are always players who've done something stupid, fallen out with their clubs, got homesick living just up the road etc etc

That option is always best with a quota place open though not just cap space. The likes of Dufty and French came to SL mid season.

Seems to have gone pretty quiet at Salford compared to the conveyor belt of reports earlier last week, I wonder if the meeting reported to have taken place on Friday afternoon was a successful one for them.
