We went from 4th 2007 to 11th 2008, so why is it so outlandish to suggest the reverse is possible. I believe the only thing stopping them is themselves as we have experience and ability in abundance.

Yes thats what the comp is all about.People forget that only 3 years ago we finished second and if it had not been for injurys and other things to do with the team we would and should of kicked on.I am very excited about the team we have now assembled especially with the depth of the squad and if they gel quick i will be quietly confident we will go well.All we need is a bit of luck for a change and the rest will take care of it's self.

at the start of the season we should be thinking we can win both trophies, we have a team that should compete with all the rest so lets go for it???

O'Meley is just stating that with the right attitude you can reach your goal
and Hull have the players to do that ..Let hope the clear out has put other players in the same frame of mind that they are good enough to have that winning mentality and keep going to the end ..I am hopeful with the players that been signed plus we stay injury free we will have a great season ..A few teams are in for a BIG shock when they play Hull F C

watch Bulldogs 2007 big hits on the internet. it's prob got the best clips of o'meley and sonny bill that i've seen. o'meley is involved in some big hits and i think we've got enough aggression in our pack with the likes of lauaki and it'll bring the best out of o'meley. being a monster and dominating the field always rubs off on the rest of the team!

I think a final at least. Preferably the grand final. With the pack we have the halves and the backs we have one of the best squads in the league. Whether that can turn into one of the best teams in the league, is a completely different question.

The expericence the fringe players have got over the past few years, and the so called bad influences now gone. Hopefully the boys will get their heads down and just worry about the task in hand and get some more silverware at the KC Stadium.

As for Hull KR fans they can think what they want. I couldn't give a flying . What they think. Because you know what will happen. As soon as the tide turns, they will be banging on about 10-5. But really what have they won in the super league era??? A huge amount of debt and not a trophy in sight. Unless you count the NL or Northern Rail Cup.

These pre-season posturing threads are a recipe for disaster, remember, breeding outwith your family group is seen as an achievement in the East!
