Do people really think Miller is worse than any of the halves we've had in the last 5 years? Or is Horne? There's no reason either can't form a useful partnership, and with us signing yet another young half from Aus with his best days in front of him - I'm much happier with this type of recruitment. These three halfbacks should be quite capable of doing a job until either Tyson Wilson or Dean are ready. People waffle on about experience, but Holdsworth played over 70 games in the NRL and over 70 in Super League - and yet he's been crucified recently by our fans. PLaying halfback for Hull FC is a poisoned chalice!

Every time last season our pack was on top Miller took the game by the scruff of the neck and started to take charge.
I saw him on a number of occasions boll***ing some of the more senior players including Danny Houghton for not passing him the ball.

Can't understand why some people seem to have such a downer on Miller suddenly.

I didn't think his defence was that bad and let's face it not many half backs are great defenders.

Let's see how he goes after the benefit of a full pre-season.

Miller did enough in some patches to give me confidence that given a front foot pack and a remotely positive attacking structure he'll come good.
