Mick I have nothing but respect for you, the story you tell is amazing and shocking but after what the rfl does and gets away with is no surprise.
I've also stepped back from rl due to what I see as corrupt decisions in every walk of the game.

He did but it was because they used it as Tomkins was poleaxed during the scoring of a try so it went to see if it was a pen try or not. |

Westwood is a fantastic player, he plays the game hard and is also capable of the odd cheap shot. It was a cowardly punch but they happen a lot and always have done.
I wouldn't have argued with a red card and he probably deserved a couple of matches but nothing more.

Agreed. Wish he'd played for us - too old now but exactly what we've needed for some time , a big , nasty , uncompromising and aggressive forward. |

I hope he does play, especially against the Kiwis, I can't wait for a cheap shot/rough house tactic on Sonny Bill. Westwood will be picking his jaw up off the floor with his broken shoulder.
