It was a clear win for Leeds. There'd been a lot of niggle. And Leeds, in their usual arrogance, chose to kick the two but instead kicked to the corner from the tee and the Leeds player (Bai I think) scored in the corner.

Disallowed by video ref as you have to go for goal if you're using the tee. Sinfield, when interviewed, said (tongue in cheek) "I was going for goal."

Good. I'm glad they've had a god win as it will stop our fans getting carried away and remove any chance the players have of being complacent. Will go level on points with us if they win so we need to play as well as we did on Friday to win

rovers will course us all kinds of problems. any one who was thinking otherwise are not using the brains they were born with.

If anyone thinks the derby will be an easy walkover then I would question their RL knowledge. It could be a blow out either way. I hope we have enough motivation to win from good friday.

our leaders will be key to an fc win. lyinch, ellis, horne, whiting holdsworth and houghton will need to going about there business very well to settle us into the match and turn the screw and grind it out.

Rovers having a good win today was probably the best thing for FC as there should be no chance of a complacent performance (not that there should be anyway)

Worries me when I see threads titled like this. We've hit some form and could well go on a long winning run I reckon but let's take it one game at a time and not underestimate hull kr or start thinking were gonna run in 60 points! Can't wait for Saturday but going expecting a tough game.

The one thing that makes me confident of victory above all else was seeing the way Ellis was addressing the team after the match. We are 100% focused on what we have to do and I dont think we will let the occasion or our own hype get to us. Thats why guys like him are so important, not for what they do themselves neccessarily, but for what they demand of their team mates.

hull owe us a performance in the derby after the one earlier in the year and they owe us one at the magic weekend because our record there is embarrassing. im still baffled as to why hull under perform in most Darbys.

I seriously doubt that there will be one single player in a B&W shirt who takes the field on Saturday not knowing that there is a very real and very big job to do. They won't be complacent, after Good Friday, they will not allow themselves any room for complacency. What they must do is stick to the game plan and I have every confidence that the senior players who are now taking the field, will ensure that everyone keeps a level head.
