I think I must be the only one completely uninspired by this. We don't need someone to rub off onto the youngsters, we have Ellis for that. We need a wide running, attacking, aggressive ball handler and this just isn't it.
He's a guy, cut by the Titans, who would have preferred to stay in the NRL in his own words. Yes he's a decent player, but I'm completely fed up of the hype. When you say International NRL second Rower, I was hoping for more than three games for Italy.

If as Radford says, Ellis moves to prop and we sign another back rower then this is an OK signing. Otherwise it's a poor one.
Watched this bloke for years, he's never been anything but average/good on occasions.

Fallen from where we're 11th in the league the only way is up. Is Minichiello an upgrade on Pitts, Tuson etc. Iwould say so are Pryce and Sneyd upgrades on what we've currently got definately. With all the current constraints SL clubs have to contend with and Hulls own contract mis-management I'm quite happy the way things are shaping up at the moment. |

I'm happy with Minichiello but I agree with you on this and I believe we'll get our wish with one of the next two signings. |

When I heard we had signed Mini the other day I also heard from the same guy that we are still getting another second rower and Ben Crooks is POSSiBLY parramatta bound |
