Ellis is a monster in defence but maybe thats damaging his attack he always looked a handful when watching him in n.r.l defo wouldnt say he doesnt turn up for you guys, some of Houghtons passing from dummy half was awful was worried every time Watts bent the line was always looking to offload sometimes his hands were free and no hooker/half following him around looking for it

Ellis is fantastic in defence and puts everything into tackle, his facial impressions when doing so do have me giggling though, im glad im not on the receiving end of his hits.

FWIW his average gain was 6.8 metres and Jordan Thompsons was 8.3. Thompson also made 35 tackles so I guess he was the best 2nd rower on the pitch?
