True and if I could replace him I would.

I think Turner is doing a decent job, however he still has development and hopefully with the experience he is gaining he will improve further'"
Cant argue with that, but i still stand by point if we want to push on Turner (On current form) isnt good enough for our 17. Improvment would have to be great, remeber he isnt a young kid this must be 4/5 season in SL.

You sure he played with Eastmond ?
Maybe we see different things, I see a strong powerful lad who has a bit of pace, he does not set the world alight but maybe he will, competition for places will not harm his progression and I would welcome a new centre.

| Pretty certain that Fitz will be at 13 next year.
Personally I would like to play with Fitz and Manu in the backrow and Lauaki off the bench and have Washbrook at 13. Washy imo will make a good 13 and does well when he plays there.
Whiting would also be an option but last year when we were really struggling he never got a look in there so I doubt he will next season.

I see what you are saying now, It's Turner 4th season of first team rugby, 3 in SL (One season in NL1 when Salford got relegated).
Played one more season in Eastmond and look at the difference.

| I'd go with :
11 Fitzgibbon
12 Manu
13 Whiting
Can't see it happening though.

| Well I'm all for Whiting to loose (he did come to the club as a stand off didn't he) especially considering the extra bulk he has put on.
Some seem to think it can't work having pivots at 1,6,7,and 13 but it doesn't seem to harm Leeds much.
Lets face it we don't need extra brawn with the likes of Ogre, Lauaki, Manu, Moa & Fitz in the mix.
We tend to play boring rugby at times because we don't utilise the talent we have in attacking positions.
I mean as well as Whitings done on the wing he is wasted there but I do realise there isn't anyone else that could do as well at the moment.
But he could utilise Washy there now and give him some time in his prefared position.

| im a big fan of whiting imo though whitings best position for 2011 is as the best utility player in sl, playin off the bench a very important role imo. No one else can cover at a great standard the amount of positions rich can. Playing rich here will mean if an injury occours in any back or even back row position super sub is ready and willing and doesnt mean a whole team re juggle to accomodate. Rich is not a specialist in any position but does have an array of skills. 13 for me should be used as a floating pivotal role with washy best suited within the team for this. I admit i wasnt a big fan when he played their under sharp as he got lost in the forward battle but i think the time now he has served standing in at 6 will have helped him massively . Then fitz can move into a work horse 2nd row spot when ticks goes

| Dont think a loose forward exists anymore to be honest. With second rowers and to an extent front rowers being more fluid and ball offloading its a position thats a little redundant for a specialist.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Sinfield,Purdham and to a extent Cooke are specialists.

But have played stand off. And Sinfield has mucked in at Hooker in emergencies.
Cooke has never been a specialist in anything as far as im concerned.
