I would certainly prefer Peter Sharp in now to Agar. The club were too quick to listen to hand wringing fans calling for his head. The same fans who criticise the club for constant spin are the ones who used to accuse Sharp of not being media savvy. Too late now. Agar may do better with a more professional group of players next season - if he doesn't he should be out.

Just because sharp was less worse than agar doesn't mean he was a good coach. Neither was kear. The club have made 3 successive poor coaching appointments. I've said it before that if we'd invested in a top quality coach when mcrae left we'd have won SL by now.

Agreed, although i actually liked Sharp and maybe he should have been given more time at the helm.

I would maybe disagree that Sharp was a bad coach. He got us to a GF in his first half season here and then achieved a respectable 4th place the year after. I think the guy deserves a lot of credit for that. I really think that he could of built something here. To be honest, I think a fully fit Adam Dykes and a few less injuries in general would of put us in a great position last year. Then throw in a clear-out that im sure Sharp would of instigated at the end of last year and I think we would of been cooking on gas. I think the guy got a bad deal really
