Washys main problem to me is his errors of which he makes far too many with the main one being laying on. If he can improve on this then as a squad player who can cover lots of positions if needed and if cheap then its not all bad resigning him.

In Gentle we trust 
Washbrook has shown in his first full season and at other times that he could be a very good SL player, if given the right coaching and allowed to play in the backrow.
Lets be honest everyone fit he isn't getting a game, but he will be a low paid squad player if he stays, so i don't see the problem with this. |

With our current squad he is getting a game if everyones fit.
If a prop and centre are our priorities then he might next season as well.

Not in the backrow and even I would have a bench of Radford, O Carroll, Whiting and one hooker. |

Just been reading the Gentle article's in HDM & he obviously sees Washy as a backrower - "There are some great back rowers in the side too with Joe Westerman and Danny Tickle, plus Danny Washbrook is there"
'Eager to strengthen his right side, a centre is a priority. A winger is also believed to be a target, leaving Will Sharp's long-term future at the club hanging in the balance.'
'He is confident the squad Richard Agar has built is one he can take to a top-four position next season. But there will be changes. Further additions will be made, with departures expected to pave the way for new faces.'
Sounds like we've still got a fair bit of recruitment to come.
