I think what has been written is very good.
You could also try to fit something in about Agar's low win percentage compared to previous coaches, that adds some facts to the petition too.

As long as the multiple sigs and spoof sigs have been removed, I'll join this petition. I think you're better to have a constant process of removing the bad ones, rather than doing it all at the end, because if the petition is made to look immature by them then people may not want to put their name to it.

If you have the facts and figures, you could always add them to your comments when you sign. The more the merrier!

Whats it matter if people swear? We are passionate about our club and some people are rather annoyed at the the way its being run and that comes out on the petition. Doesnt make it any less valid and if, and its a massive if, it makes any differnece im sure the powers that be wont be reading individual comments but more looking at the numbers that are against Agar

Personally, I don't have a problem with swearing. But there's a time and a place for it. When a petition is being submitted to the board of directors, it will be very easy to dismiss it out of hand if it's full of the sort of comments that are appearing on this one. Why should the club give any credence to a document that calls one of its employees a 'c***'?

In my view, such a petition and the comments it contains should appear to have been fully considered by the signatories and ought to be a measured response to the situation we find ourselves in. Sending a load of bile and vitriol to the club totally undermines the validity of the argument on the opening page.

I appreciate your view is different, I'm just giving mine: if those comments stay, it will end up in the bin. It might well end up there anyway, but it certainly will if they're not removed.

When the petition is ready to sign, i'll export all the signatures into CSV, I can send the names and e-mails, and comments, or just the Names and E-mails (and selected comments) to the hull board. (Most probably end up sending it as a .PDF format.

Or i can simply filter the words on excel such as ",,bitch,ing," etc.

Do you really think i'm going to send it like it is to the directors, although I feel like doing so, because all the names what they have been called by some fans, is fecking true.

i'd be tempted to go to a home game with a few ppl and ask wether ppl are happy at paying top money to watch 2nd rate rugby and then say are you happy with the coaching set up and would you be prepared to sign a petition to relieve the club of its current coach.

I wouldn't do that. Anything that is remotely abusive (even if it is "loving bitch"icon_wink.gif will be dismissed out of hand.



You see, I don't think they are. Perhaps the "sh*te coach" style comments are (although they could be worded far more appropriately), but I don't think Agar is a "c***", or any of the other abusive names he's been called.

I'm a fan and as a fan I have opinions but I do not work in RL so cannot comment on interchanges or the finer tactical detail which, despite what some on here think, only those directly involved in the game are placed to argue for or against. The coach ain't doing his job.... FACT. I think all the other points are well made.
