Had a brilliant game and proved that he can be a top signing for us. Rovers tried to wind him up all game but kept his cool. Ran hard tackled hard and offloaded smartly.

Thought he was awesome, always looking to get his hands free for the offload. Good bit of business signing him.

I agree completely, we were enthusiastic and followed the ball player very well, Briscoe's try was a classic example of it, Watts had some perfect "here you go, anyone there?" half breaks though with ball in hand, could have walked away with it if we'd picked up a couple of them

Great game and plenty of minutes. Great the way he took the punishment rovers tried to dish out early on and came back for more. Very strong in defence too

Great game from Watts although (apart from the odd individual errors) it was hard to fault anybody tonight, offloading for fun in the 1st half and a great team performance, hung in there and turned it around after Rovers had got close to levelling the game.

He was outstanding, took it to them all night in defence and in attack made big yards and some great offloads. He's gonna be a great signing. Loved the headbutt on fatty Murrell.
