gutted he didnt make it, which was imo down to the coaching, when he came onto the scene, i thought we was watching a future captain of FC, but it was not to be, correct decision, hes not good enough for a team that has ambitions to be a top 4 team!

That's an awful way to tell the player that he isn't needed any more. I've liked Phelps sinces he's been at the club, always seems 100% commited and gave his all. Just a shame that we have a player coming in who is alot better than he is. Aslong as we keep him on the pitch.

As for Washy, well he's just average full stop who only has a step of his right foot and drop off to his game. Will not be missed.

Agree if true,where is the professionalism of a club in doing that to a player?

the professional thing is having it in writing the personal touch is telling them face to face.

No issue with decisions the club have made but doing it by letter seems very unprofessional and disrespectful.
