It does all seem very strange doesnt it.

Very sad to see it go, some fantastic memories from the Boulevard.

You do wonder if Hull could have took it on on thier own, maybe with a local conference team for something.

Afterall we are profitable, profits go nowhere other than shareholders pockets. And we have no assets

We may have had no choice.

You would say that would'nt you? The problem is we don't own the Boulevard the Council bought it off us when we moved to the KC. They suggested we go back there, and offered us a lease, we went along with it, was ready to sign it, and all our hopes were raised. Then the Council changed their minds and decided to build an academy there. The club can't take it over and go it alone if they don't own it! We were screwed by the Council.

lets hope they dont accidentally bulldoze the property we still own on that site, that would be costly for the council

nothing is happening to the ashes though.

It would have been nice to go back and use as a training facility but our great council fecked things up as usual.

Times move on but it will still be sad to see it go completely
