| Not having a half back didn't have an impact on poor tackling on two of those try's !!! Thought their last try looked forward but could have my black n white specs on

| Quote the artist="the artist"i can't understand the knocking of yeaman, him and talonoa have been outstanding defending their side this season, most of our problems are on the other side. their attacking partnership should come on after a couple more games together'"
totally agree. How can yeamo be getting slated after his performance on sunday. Was imo in our top three players. Ellis outshone everyone and our left edge of yeamo and talanoa was solid and showed glimpses of a blossoming partnership.

| I thought Talanoa was awesome, Ellis was immense, Colbon fronted up well and I really liked the way Rankin marshalled the defence when he came on at full back. Thompson was very good once more; he has really surprised me. The Heremaia and Horne combination didn't work as well as against Bradford.
We played quite well and could have won. I enjoyed the game and left disappointed but not downhearted.

| Doesn't sound like it was too bad. cas are in good form and we were without 2 of our frontline props meaning we went into the game with only 3 and then lost one early on which must have massively affected us. Watching those tries, the 3rd one in particular, shows more movement with the ball than we've seen in a number of years so things moving in the right direction. I'm not a fan of heremaia at half back. he needs to be playing hooker where he is massively effective. rankin or miller need to be partnering horne.
Looks like a game where we played a team in form, didn't play well, lost an interchange early and played without 2 of our main props and still only lost on kicks. Not something to get too worried about IMO. We're a mid table team and so are cas by the looks of it

| Well them highlights have just confirmed what I thought on Sunday, the pass from tansey to shenton for their last try was a mile forward. We was robbed.

| Your 3rd try was also dubious, foot in touch.

| I've no problem with their last try it was a clean break. The problem should lay with the defence.

Not a chance, Colbon leapt like a fine salmon. Could tell a mile away (or 90 or so metres).

| Just watched the trys and here is my take from a Hull perspective.
1st Hull try, good last play move with a great pass from Yeaman
1st Cas try, let Huby play the ball too fast, Poor attempt by westerman and houghton on Clarke.
2nd Hull try Great ball by Heremia and line by Ellis
2nd Cas try, Poor defence by Paea and Tuson (I think)
3rd Hull try, excellent rugby, Westerman and Whiting part it was great and a super finish by Colborn.
3rd Cas try, Made too many yards, as they started the set on their ten, poor defence by Crooks on Shenton. Pass didn't look particularly forward.
Biased I know, but our trys looked well worked, while Cas trys looked like poor one on one defence, although some great backing up in all of Cas's trys.

| that's a very biased view but no doubt will be radders perspective. It did make me smile though...........
Hull try: good try
Cas try: poor defence
Hull try: good try
Cas try: poor defence
Hull try: good try
Cas try: poor defence
it's no good bickering about what was forward and who's foot was where, I keep double checking and the score hasn't altered from 19-16 since 5:15pm Sunday

I did say it was from a Hull perspective, Cas's defence and errors are no concern for us.
