For all the money Catalans seems to spend, they really need to add a top class 9 to their team. Da Costa is the definition of average and their starting 9, Garcia, is just a converted 13. Their distribution is so slow

The fact Rovers haven't one single time been offside, hit high, messed about at the ruck, is quite literally unbelievable. Rovers head and shoulder above Catalans today. Cats just look so flat and for as good as their forwards pack looks on paper, they all look like puddings on the pitch. But also, this result was decided well before kick off.

I drove into hull earlier and saw loads of Dobbins fans going to York. Reminded me of the time I was going to the lake district and got stuck in the traffic for the Appleby fair

rovers are physically very dominant, the only way to beat them is to match them in that department for the first hour and somehow stay with them, but that is easier said than done.


Unless they suffer from a sudden bout of Wembley nerves in four weeks time it's difficult to see them slipping up in all truth. If they blow it they will have no one to blame but themselves. But we still live in hope for that to happen!!!
