| Tom is just a touch out of form for me, nothing major. He is still scoring tries but isn't busting the line like he was last year and has dropped the odd kick. He's been superb for 2/3 years so a slightly off spell should not lead to him being castigated.

Did anyone else notice that during the 10 min or so that he was limping, almost every attack we played went his way lol'"
Yes, and I also noticed Bradford didn't attack him once!

| I have a feeling first try on friday, we will see the best out of him because Dobbins will attack his side and he will get a lot of ball.

| After seeing him at the under 20's yesterday it is quite apparent Tom has lost a little bit of weight/bulk recently, maybe intentionally: He's always been regarded as a centre playing on the wing, but he is now recognised mainly as an out and out winger by England/Hull Fc, could this weight loss be intentional to gain speed and agility? It has been quite obvious to all he has not been breaking the 1st tackle and winning the collision as much as previous seasons. No lack of interest or desire, maybe just a lack of strength?

I don't think Briscoe's had any trouble with speed in the past - we've all witnessed some amazing tries by him - so I doubt it's that.
For me, I'd say that he may be slightly tired after playing non-stop for such a long time, and also that as we're all used to such high standards from him, even the slightest dip in form can look over-exaggerated.
iirc, people on here were calling for him to be dropped this time last season. Maybe he just starts the seasons slowly? I would call for all supporters to back the lad and not criticise him to a OTT degree as that will help nobody.

He has pace, just not what you would call outstanding pace, especially for an international winger.
I am certainly not criticising him. It is more of an observation and a reason for his dip in form.

| We also now score tries on the right side. So will naturally have less impact as we have mainly been a left sided team over recent years. Couple that with teams kicking to our right to Sharp and Tom is not seeing much ball at the minute

| Perhaps with us having links to Richard Agar, we could enquire if Peter Fox was available from Wakey for a straight swap?

How many tries have our right sided wing/centre partnership got so far this season?

Just the 1!
If you include the right hand side second row the number of tries scored goes up to 8.

| I saw him smirking behind his hand when he dropped the kick and Bradford scored. He then took a mobile phone out of his sock and sent a text to Richard Agar saying:
"Just let a try in. lol!"

| Just seen the tries on SFT and there was a suspicion of a knock on from the bradford player in the lead up to Price's try. Seemed to put Briscoe of the catch.
And what the hell was Sandyballs on about with the Salter incident? He seems more blinkered than the fans!

Hard to tell re Briscoe from the angle.
Nothing wrong at all with the Salter incident the ref helped Rovers by at least giving them a drop out should have been a Cas penalty for voluntary tackle 1 yard out. Sandy didn't mention the quarterback pass from Dobbo for Hodgson try either
