Some very harsh posts on Fitz here. Think they were watching another player! Fitz performed brilliantly given the circumstances he was in at the club. Andy Lynch playing under Agar wouldn't have the same impact.

Clinton IMO was never as consistent as Lynch, tough comparison as they played in different leagues like. |

 Nail on head for me!!!
You only have to look at the rest of the players who were playing under Agar to see what a difference that Gentle has made in the 5-6 months he has been here. Sharp is a revelation, Tickle & Manu seem to have gone up a level, Turner has impressed etc. Yes some maybe down to the new players that have come in but for me Gentles methods etc are getting the best (and more in some cases) out of the players he has at his disposal, which is more than the previous coaching achieved. |

I think his ability to off load and get the off load to the right person has been fantastic and something we've missed since Carvell left, he has already set up a lot of tries this season from getting a good off load in the right position, Radders did a lot of offloads but a high percentage went to the ground! Also he has a fantastically strong hand off which allows him to draw in the opposition push them off and then slip a pass away, as he did for the first of horne's tries on friday and Manu's also!
