Yes but Smith proved his credentials at a smaller club before getting a big job. Agar was assistant to two sacked coaches and proved nothing before getting handed the job on a plate.

these fans forums always remind me of a staged q@a session at a communist gathering, wouldn't be suprised if they had people holding up clap, cheer, agree plackards at the front of the stage!

We get 4 opportunities a year to attend a forum with coach, Chief Exec and senior players. I'd like to know how many other clubs do this, as I bet it's not many. Nobody's forced to attend and they generally sell out within days, so why criticise the club and the organisers? Good work by all involved IMO. Would you rather they didn't bother, because the increase in forums was a response by the club to criticisms of not having enough. They can't win.
