I can see turgut being a good player for us. So what if he niggles the opposition. Nice to see a youngster who's got abit of mongrel about him. As long as he's smart with it and doesn't turn into a penalty machine.

turgut will have a long and successful pro career. Anyone who can't see how good he can be doesn't know much about the game

That's how I see him. 1st time I saw him play I thought 'I like him' stood out from the rest. That was the open day at KC 2013 playing for acadamy

Turgut reminds me somewhat of Bateman. Not that big, but runs good lines and has a bit of mongrel in him.

It is also ridiculous to compare him to Bateman who is an exceptionally good player and was one of the very best teenage forwards I have ever seen. Turgut has been progressing well still has room for physical improvement. If he carries on at his current rate then there's plenty to look forward to. Only 21 and more potential upside than the much older Hadley or the smaller Fash. Hope all of them go well though.

Sure I read a rumour on the wire board that Atkins is looking for a way out of his contract (probability total BS).

If we're struggling to find a bulldozing winger would be be worth a look? Keep Michaels for another year and have a back line of:

Shaul
Michaels/Griffin
Atkins
Carlos
Talanoa

Atkins has obviously got his limitations, and isn't the youngest, but would maybe fit in with the Radford mould: big, strong, good average gain

Willie Tonga released by Leigh with a view to looking to move to another super league club....past it / injury prone or worth looking at for a year if he can prove his fitness whilst we look for other NRL options / allow Logan to develop for another year and be ready for 2019?

Not sure we need a centre TBH, particularly an overseas one, our first choice centres should be Carlos and Connor, with Griffin and Logan as back up.

Even if we are looking for a centre, Willie Tonga should be just about last on the list.

I'd have Lineham back is they are looking to release someone.

Lineham can finish buts that all he can do.his average gain from back field is terrible
