| After a fairly positive start to the season by refs with regards high shots compared to last season, it seems things are starting to turn for the worst. No way were either of those red cards.

| Do find it quite telling that after a Dobbins win, it not only brings out Dobbins trolls, but FC posters who can?t wait to lavish praise.

Does anyone "lavish" praise? Listen, I hate Rovers. I hate the derby, the banter, the hypocricy from both sets of supporters. I don't want both Hull clubs to be successful, just Hull FC. I want Rovers to lose every game they play. However there is nothing wrong with acknowledging the fact that Rovers are a very good team. In the last three years or so they have gone from the bottom of the league to the top and are regular semi finalists and finalists. They have put together a very strong squad. When we were signing the likes of Evans, Pele, Okunbor, Tindall, Smith etc they were signing Hiku, May, Burgess, Davies, Batchelor, Whitbread. Sadly their long trophy drought is likely to end soon. Hull's job is to put together a similarly strong squad and keep them fit. Then match Rovers on the pitch and go past them.

| It?s still April. How can kr be the best side in the comp. They have not won anything yet. The best side ( reigning champions) in the comp beat kr on their own ground by 3 scores. Some posters on here are about as accurate as the video refs.

Only consolation it's a good result for us
Absolutely it was. I almost cheered when Lewis went over. Be nice if we could return the favour tomorrow.

I don't see Leeds really troubling the Dobbins tonight.
Yellow card on 4 mins and Hall off already, should be a big big win for Rovers.
You said that about the derby last week. What you know about rugby you could write on a stamp with a roller The one they won by 3 scores you mean? Yes that one but you was implying a battering and tbh, scoreline flattered them and we was 12 men for 64 minutes not 10mins and the last 10 so as Kendall says?mitigating circumstances. I don't understand your issue Rovers are the best team in both competitions and grinding out wins when not at their best which is the hallmark of a champion side. See things as they are not how you'd like them to be - facing the truth allows you to reconcile with it IMO. Issue?.simple fact is I don?t like them never have never will?they maybe the best team in the comp atm but trophy?s aren?t dished out after 9games or reaching a semi?let?s see what happens at the end of the season eh

I?d like us to put a similarly strong squad like Wigan tbh, they are the benchmark and if we go past them then we win something?.Rovers are doing well atm but how long will it last?what happens when the NRL come knocking for Peters and the investment dries up.Rovers don?t bother me,never have and never will

Saints, Leeds and Wire are all a point behind us a third of the way through the year, even if we were to lose on Sunday.
Given what I've seen of those sides over these past two nights, I see nothing for us to be particularly afraid of from them, despite considerably higher investment in (supposedly) higher quality players.
Where we score is in our choice of head coach. There, we have higher quality than each of those (so-called) 'big sides'!!
We'll still be 4th going into the Magic weekend regardless of the result on Sunday. If you'd told me that at the start of pre season I'd have had you sectioned. Indeed. Also after Sunday we have played last year's Grand Finalists 5 times this season already, have been to France and Wire. Even our easier games with Hudds, Cas and Wakey were away. It's not been the easiest start.
