Thought everyone might remember this from a few weeks back which was quite interesting yet very relevant to this whole thread here .
You may recall from the tabloids a little while ago Michael Richards (better known as Kramer from US TV show Sienfeld made this very very important speech whilst standing in court accused of making a racial comment during one of his stand up comedy shows in New York in August.
He said “ There are African Americans, Mexican Americans, Arabic Americans, Asian Americans etc and there are simple old fashioned Americans which are called by all those above Cracker, Honkey , white trash, Caveman etc yet that’s ok and not considered racist??
BUT if I called one of those a n*****r, Sand Jockey, Towel head, Beaner, Gook, Chink, Camel Daddy or anything similar it iS racist ?? is that correct or right?? Is that a rule for one but not the other??
The black office of equality in America stated in their annual address to Congress that whites are the biggest committer of offences against Black people in the USA yet government and local police statistics show that Harlem and similar Black Ghetto areas across America are the worst areas for Crime, murder and drug related crime.
America has Martin Luther King day, A United Negro college fund, A black history month in schools, Cesar chavez Day, Hashoa, Ma,uled al Nabi , NAACP etc etc but if white Americans were to hold a White pride day it would be labelled a fascist function or a white history month in schools it would be racist..
Why are foreign Nationals and non whites allowed to have associations, clubs and organisations to advance their creeds and colours yet if we had a white equivalent it is racist??
There is a black & Hispanic chamber of commerce yet no White equivalent why is that??
No whites are allowed in the black miss America Pageant yet all colours are allowed into the Miss America show, if we had a white college fund that paid only white students it would be a fascist organisation why is that ??? alongside the 60 Black only funded colleges in the uSA that do not allow whites through their doors now isn’t that something we all recall from the days of civil rights & Martin Luther King or am I miss guided here??
There was a million black man march which was marching for its race that saw the crime rate soar in the area by 570% yet if there was a million white man march it would be seen as a anti civil rights issue …

People should be proud to be black, yellow orange or what ever colour they are it matters not to me and you should be proud to announce it but surely also then whites should not live under the banner of fear if they announce they are proud to be white should they??

So can you explain to me why only white people are racist?? Why does no one complain when Chris Rock or similar talented black comedians make white jokes or similar remarks , to me its just plain racism but a racism that no one dare yet touch upon as no one is strong enough to tackle the back lash from the society we live in which is blatantly one sided towards any colour or race other than whites!!…

I shall finish now by stating that unless I am uninformed it isn’t yet illegal to be white but it is getting close, and I shall now go home with BLACK wife of 16 years to my three half white half black children and continue living together as Martin luther King wanted side by side in harmony …

He got a standing ovation in the court for that and the case was thrown out, make a few good points I think !!

The sight of him on Thursday wearing a poppy turned my stomach, given the fact that it's a symbol of the fallen in wars - including British and Commonwealth men and women who died fighting fascism in Germany. The war of which Nick Griffin said "Adolf went a bit too far."

If you are concerned with immigration and the main political parties do not provide the policies you support then why not turn to UKIP rather than a fascist party?

I have actually voted UKIP in the past. I agree with some of their opinions (not all), just as I agree with some of the BNP's (not all).

That freedom of choice and the ability to question our government's policies with regard to immigration etc. seem to stir up a hell of a lot of people who then start quoting political correctness and labelling people with the "R" word.

Many people in Britain are "Realists" not "Rascists" .
They can see that immigration is out of control . Many migrants are coming to the UK to claim off our welfare state. These people are economic migrants and in no way bring anything to British Society .
Far right parties like the BNP feed off this and are now trying to change their image as the Party for the White working class.
In truth it is the White working class who are at fault . How many of them are sponging off the State ? We have a 3rd of 4th generation of "White" trash who have never worked and will never contribute anything.
Many legal migrants have come across to the UK to do the jobs that our own professional unemployed won`t do.
There is room in Britain for a Nationalist party but that is not the Fascist BNP. Our fore Fathers fought and died against the threat of National Socialism that the BNP peddle.
Many non Whites are proud to be British . They fought and died in both world wars. They are fighting in Afghanistan.
The BNP oppose ex Gurkhas being given British residency after serving the Crown .

Griffin was set up and every clear thinking person in the UK can see it, I'm totally opposed to any racism however thursday nights programme was embarrassing. There was no reasoned debate, even when the conservative was shown to be anti gay marriage Dimbleby quickly changed the subject back to "Let's slate Nick Griffin" and totally ignored the prejudiced remark made by her. I'll never vote BNP but staged verbal assaults like that one on thursday night are a joke and may turn some people in favour of Griffin and his party.

Questioning levels of immigration doesn't mean someone is a racist. Although there is a lot of misinformation about, particularly regarding the claiming of benefits. It's now extremely difficult to get into the UK if you don't have the skills required to find work, and you are not automatically entitled to benefits if you can't find it either. Some of this misinformation comes from the confusion between immigrants and asylum seekers - two completely different issues requiring different policies.

However...

Many people who claim to be immigration realists are, in fact, plain racists. They blame foreigners, especially those with dark skins, for all the ills afflicting our society without even considering that many 'ethnic British' layabouts and scumbags have been causing problems for years. This is classic racism of the kind that the Nazi party tapped into to fuel Hitler's rise to power, and Griffin is attempting to channel the same ignorant fury for similar purposes.

I do blame the mainstream parties for shying away from a proper, reasoned debate on immigration policy and for failing to counter the tide of misinformation and outright lies that fuel discontent. I also blame the media, or at least certain sections of it, for propagating this misinformation and exaggerating the problem simply to increase ratings and sell copy.

Maybe the rise in popularity of the BNP will finally shake our mainstream politicians out of their complacency and make them realise that there are issues that can't just be dodged - they have to be properly debated.

Bur what IS "ethnic British" ?
