| Quote: Graham Richards "Regardless of what happens from now and the end of the season he should go. Let's face it we could argue we are still battling in all the cups, but we are not going to win either trophy or make the finals.
Most forward thinking clubs re evaluate and consider all options. Leeds did it with Powel before their dominant years. Wigan did it with Nobby and the Giants did it with Sharpe and each club progressed to the next level. I suspect that is what is behind Justine looking elsewhere and also why Cas are looking.
The big question that Rule and Kath need to ask is Can Agar take the club to the next level. That as things stand being top 4 for a starter. His record indicates that despite having more time than any coach in living history he has failed on all aspects of the head coaches role. He has had 6 years at the club in two roles and has presided over semi success with 3 final appearances. We look as likely to reach a final now as Quins, Crusaders etc.
I have withdrawn my financial support for the club and I am not alone.
I will say though I would love to see us at Wembley and OT so do not wish for us to lose so as to be able to see the back of Agar. I do though strongly feel that he should never have been employed as Head Coach and likewise feel his time is well and truly up. Until then I will not be seen at the KC or in the club shop.
The hc role is a full time job and well paid so I do not see Agar walking away it is therefore up to the BOD to get rid.'"
Eh? Kear and Sharp presided over the first 2, the only think he's "presided" over was a Dykes-inspired win over Wakefield and a subsequent failure to achieve anything in play-off rugby against SL competition.

Sorry part of the team that presided over the teams who got to the finals. No 2 for 05 and 06. He would certainly have had some influence.

It should enough but god knows if it will be.

| I've given up hoping that any specific failure will finally trigger his departure, it's too disappointing when the moment passes and he's still here. The only thing I do know is that once we do get rid, I'll be back in the stands at the very next match day. I reckon it'll be a big gate too.

I wouldn't be happy with his appointment, but I'd at least give him a chance, I did the same for Agar even though I had reservations.

No No No, he said he would walk himself if he felt he wasnt up to the job, or something similar. Which is worrying as the bloke is obviously deluded.

| but he obviously said that to get fans onside if you like saying good stuff like ill walk if we are underachieveing reality is that he hasnt and most likely wont it will be the board that make the decision but be time rule comes to his sences the club could be down to 9-10k crowds losses big money and not having produced a home grown player for years

whats to say he wont stick to what he said he will do and walk.'"
Wolfie as a Man he should do that - the sad thing is I am half looking for us to lose against Leeds in the Cup in the hope that as a Man he does that.

| The only thing that will spring the board into action is declining gates an income.
Crowds are already down on the 'official' figures, and I personally think a few of the announces gates have been inflated (no way was there 11,600 against Salford for example)
I hope Sunday's game is played to a near empty KC (I personally am boycotting) and the board finally start to realise they are looking at heavy losses next year (due to loss of season pass income)

| Quote: Standee "because the number of people that believe he would do that can be counted on one hand, he's not going to quit knowing full well even a championship side wouldn't be too bothered about securing his services.
I know he is a friend of your wolfie, and I don't meant to be disrespectful to the guy, but he is totally out of his depth and is costing the club I love dearly, he is also presiding over the collapse of what were promising up and coming youngsters.
it will take 4/5 seasons to get some of the people who have walked to come back to the club.'"
You are so right - but what can we do. I will sit in my garden this year next year I dont know - Please can some -body see how bad it is at our Club.

| Given that the club have never even considered his position to be under threat at any stage this season it would be an incredible shift of thinking if they were to get rid of him. I just can't see it myself and Agar must be odds-on to be our coach at the start of the 2012 season. Meanwhile, the likes of Cas and Rovers will be keep moving forward under new leadership and we'll be left behind.......

Cas / Rovers , Wigan & possibly Leeds , That will be three coaches out of the potential list .I don't think Hull can afford to mess around any longer .
