I posted elswhere,and I will repeat myself,at Cas when we were being mullered,all Radford did was stand behind the posts with the rest of the players with their thumbs up their asses.Nobody trying to fire each other up,nobody looking the slightest bit interested.It comes to something when fans on the Cas forum have a thread about Hull players not giving a shi ite.

several years past his best

he did ok in 2006 when he first arrived, but its been downhill ever since

one of the slowest, dullest players in SL

he is also the worst 'captain' i've ever seen, he makes no attempt to rally his side, his body language says it all

he's had a great career, and i honestly think he tries his best, but maybe all those years in a brutal Bradford pack has caught up with him and the time has come to hang up his boots

I will willingly buy the peg.

He should have a few spare in his shop.

So..........you lot are not happy with Radford as captain because he doesn't rant and rave at his troops behind the posts like Sinfield.
I'snt the captain the coach's voice on the pitch, he is the conduit from the bench to the players in respect to the 'game plan' that has to be carried out.
Maybe he has given up the ghost with the rest of the players in regards to the coach's 'game plan' knowing full well that it's a crock of schitt and why waste my breathe just to please a few numpties in the crowd.
why should he bang the drum for Agar, it isn't as if the 'master plan' was something worth defending....Just as everybody on here has stated that Agar knows feck all and is clueless in his selections/tactics/rotation.
Radford probably thinks, whats the point, it's called 'flogging a dead horse'.

its not fair on the team and its not fair on the fans... shape up or ship out. Sinfield sorts the team out and commands respect from the lads and they get decent results! if he didnt spend so much time at RUFC he might do better as a "captain".

Radders was surprised he was given the captaincy in the first place , and that he was still in the role at the beginning of this season.

He still has a year on his contact to go and I would imagine he will continue at the club for at least that period when he will have a guaranteed income.

It is no secret that he has coaching ambitions when his career has finished but I would imagine there is another season in it for him at Hull unless his contract is paid up.
