Lots of quota players start on the bench, Parcell for example as well as lots of forwards. Doesn't really matter these days, both hookers will play around 40 mins.

I think he start as he is more steady than Balmforth who offers better impact off the bench.

I think would could have signed Reynolds to do a similar job and use a quota spot, but Cartwright and Myler think he can offer something more.

Myler had to do some emergency repair work to the squad and until more injuries, bans and head knocks we had improved. From what I remember from a Myler interview recently, he did say something along the lines of, we haven't put all our eggs into one basket. We have other targets.
