everything we've heard about coahes/dor etc has been rumour and conjecture, nothing more.

Not in my view. I'd have a DOR with the head coach and youth development heads reporting to him, a head of operations (retail, marketing, comms) and an FD. No point in a CEO if AP is going to be hands on. Assume that Pearson will be the interface with the RFL etc. He needs to give up his day job with City.

I remain to be convinced of the DOR and Coach set up....very rarely does it seem to work, i always get the impression lines of responsibility are vague and unclear.

We need an out and out coach who will come in and overhaul the whole coaching set up and be fully in control of everything to do with the team performance and preperation.

AP and to a degree JR oversee the business, commercial and financial aspects of the club.

So who's going to be our next coach?!

I've said this since Pearson came in... anybody with hopes that Agar is to leave need to quash them asap cause he's not...
Pearson will almost certainly get more hands on... JR won't go anywhere he's too much of a good egg to the club.
As for Noble coming as DOR... Well i'd rather have Bomber!
