I imagine, and hope, it will be a large part of the grading criteria used in the future. All SL teams should have an academy and a reserves team, with at very least plans in place to start a women's team. |

Think that must be a given to be honest.. Add into that extra points for scholarship team, girls teams, wheelchair, disability sides, in fact any/all teams any club runs. |

Totally agree all top level sport should have Academy, Reserves, Women and I can see Wheelchair teams too. |
