A couple of questions:
Do relegated overseas players count on the quota- I think they do, there was something with Crusaders once and exemptions, but think that was different
Are overseas quotas the same for Championship clubs? Just thinking if so, Rovers would have to release some players potentially unless similar exemptions apply to relegated clubs?

Good news.
Someone must be leaving though if 2 new signings coming, unless, we are planning for 2018 season and backloading contracts as we know Ellis, Mini et al will be leaving / retiring by then. This would make sense |

Two rumours on twitter are Kelly and Mcgillvary.
Would be very happy with Mcgillvary, quick and strong, although don't see Hudds releasing him.
Kelly not so sure, for a start we would need a quota spot and it would be a gamble, but if fit and his head was right, it could be a great signing. It's a bit like Chase signing for Cas.
