Unbelievable. If I was Hull FC I would quite rightly reject, but it’s worth an ask I suppose. I genuinely don’t know what team we could possibly field for Friday but even so.
Our current injury list; Ben Jones Bishop, Junior Sa’u, Josh Griffin, Michael Dobson, Tommy Lee, Adrian Morley, Liam Hood, Wayne Godwin, Adam Walne, Jordan Walne, Luke Menzies, Jay Walton and Kevin Locke.
Added to the above the suspended Rangi Chase, Weller Hauraki and Cory Paterson.
Crazy situation.

I suggest the Salford either get some players in on loan or chuck their Under 19's in.
This game should not be postponed for this reason. It would damage the integrity of the competition and leave it open to future abuse.

How does the salary cap affect loan signings too, as we've already got two young lads from Wigan to help out. Very possible chance that there is little space left to bring anyone else in. |

Because I was referencing the fact that our loan players have picked up injuries too!
A fair few of our younger players are out on loan. I don't know what the ruling is regarding bringing them back.
I see you 'carefully omitted' the fact I agreed with you in that the game shouldn't be postponed! |
